Official Sweepstakes Rules:
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
2. HOW TO ENTER. Beginning on TUESDAY APRIL 14 at [3 pm Eastern] through [TUESDAY MAY 12] at [MIDNIGHT], eligible individuals may enter this sweepstakes by logging into their personal Twitter.com accounts and (i) follow @SsshForWomen, then like and retweet the post from that account announcing the toy being given away, using the hashtag (ii) #SsshTContest.
(iii) Entrant’s tweet must contain ALL of the preceding elements in order for entry to be valid. Entry for this sweepstakes may only be made via Twitter.com utilizing the aforesaid method or means. Eligible individuals are limited to one entry per sex toy. Entrants with numerous Twitter.com accounts who attempt to make multiple entries per day shall be disqualified. The use of any robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry method or entering more than the number of times permitted will void all entries and result in disqualification. Entrants may not enter more times than indicated by utilizing multiple or fraudulent Twitter.com accounts, email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. By participating in this sweepstakes, entrants affirms that: (i) they have reached the minimum age required by their jurisdiction to participate in such sweepstakes and giveaways of this type; (ii) the applicable laws and rules of their residing jurisdiction allows for the creation of and participation in sweepstakes and giveaways pursuant to these Official Rules and (iii) they have read, understand, and agree to be fully bound by and comply with these Official Rules.
3. ELIGIBILITY. All entrants must be following @Ssshforwomen on Twitter.com at the time of entry in order to be eligible. Eligibility extends to all residents of the 50 United States, District of Columbia, and any country or jurisdiction lawfully allowing the creation of and participation in sweepstakes or giveaways where winners are determined by chance and NOT by formal contest where winners are selected based upon an entrant’s skill(s). All entrants must be: (i) at least 18 years of age as of TUESDAY APRIL 14 or (ii) have reached the legal age of majority required to participate in contests and sweepstakes pursuant to their applicable jurisdiction’s local or national laws, whichever is older. Eligibility does NOT extend to employees of Sssh.com (“Sponsor”), or Wasteland, Inc. whose contact address is PO Box 1138, West Concord, MA 01742 (“Administrator”), and/or their affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies (collectively “Promotion Parties”), or to members of Promotion Parties immediate family or persons living in the same household. 4. DRAWING. A random drawing will be conducted at the conclusion of #SexTalkTuesday by @AngieRowntree to select the winners from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Potential winners will be notified via direct message to their Twitter.com account profile and asked to sign and return any required Affidavit of Eligibility and Release within 30 days of the date notice of winning is sent to winner or by such other date set by Sponsor or Administrator. Upon notice of winning, winner shall also be required to provide their postal address for the delivery of their respective prize. Failure to respond within the applicable time period will result in forfeiture of prize and Sponsor shall have the option to award the prize to an alternate winner. The return of any prize notification or prize as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. All taxes and duties (including income and customs) resulting from the acceptance of a prize are the responsibility of the winner. The decisions of the Administrator and the Sponsor, as the case may be, that are made pursuant to these Official Rules shall be final with respect to all matters. Acceptance of a prize also constitutes permission to the Promotion Parties to use winner’s name, likeness (Twitter Handle is acceptable) for marketing or other purposes permitted or discussed in these Official Rules without further compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited by law. All applicable national, state, and local laws apply.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. By entering this sweepstakes, entrants waive all right to, and hold the Promotion Parties harmless from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Entrants who participated in the sweepstakes may obtain a formal list of names for all prize winners after MAY 12 2020 . 9. PRIVACY. This sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Twitter.com or any other Social Network. Any personally identifiable information provided by entrants is being transferred to the Sponsor.
